That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, That She will be graciously pleased to give directions that there be laid before this House, Copies of Ordinance No. 21 of 1844, for licensing the sale of Opium within the Colony of Hong Kong, dated the 26th day of November 1844:

Of the Regulations for the sale of Opium by retail, made by His Excel- lency the Governor of Hong Kong, &c. dated the 28th day of February 1845, or any other Regulations on the subject:

Of Dissent in Legislative Council of Hong Kong, by R. Montgomery Martin, on the proposition for licensing the retail consumption of Opium in Hong Kong.
